Asset Creation (Potions)
Another asset that I added is the simple potion. There are two versions of potions that I did (round and square) and both of them have been applied with colliders and rigid bodies to fall into the category of interactable objects. Not only does it have unique materials of its own, but it also has some particle system that follows the object and makes it look more "alive."
A lot of useful methods have been utilized while creating these assets and one of them is the duplication of edges in edit mode. I have been really curious that all duplicated objects while in edit mode stay in the same layer, so I came to a solution of separating them by using the hotkey letter "P" and having an option for which of them should be separated. To avoid "boring" flat shapes of the objects, I also make use of checker deselect in the vertex points to create imperfections and texture on the faces.
